Argos Shop info

Disappointing!!!! I thought that it would be better but after finishing the whole transaction I must say that it has been an absolutely disappointment.
The customer service is unhelpful and close to be rude.
They asked for two addresses, the shipment and the credit card one, if they are different, the one day delivery becomes at least two, it depends on how fast you ring them to clarify the difference.
They charged me with an additional 10£ because I am from Ireland when I had never been told about this during the whole checkout. This charge does not appear anywhere, not in the invoice they sent via email neither in the purchase confirmation. Just a rip-off!!!!
The Good thing is that I finally got the camera, thx God!!!!
