Tribal UK review

Avoid Have spent 30 days waiting for my delivery which I was told would arrive in 2-5 working days. I've tried to call on numerous occassions but give up after 30-40 minutes, have emailed twice and still no reply. Would be happy if they just cancelled my order and refunded my money so I could go elsewhere!!

washing m/c and dishwasher I have used Tribal twice now with no problems at all and deliverd both items very quick

Should be closed down by trading standards! How on Earth can a company this bad continue to trade? Despite an advertised delivery period of 7-10 working days, I waited over 1 month to be told a delivery date could still not be provided for a TV I ordered. I've given up waiting on the telephone (for 40 min's plus!) on numerous occasions, so the only method of contact is via email. Don't get your hopes up though, as it takes DAYS (3 and counting for my last question) for any kind of email response, and when it comes you'll be very lucky to recieve a satisfactory answer.

I wish I'd never got involved with this company.
