Called to place an order for five laptops over the telephone, took them around 5 minutes to process the order and later received a call to say that they have added an extra carry case with the order as a special gift from their side, even though the deal already was the cheapest I could find on the internet !, nice gesture, got the delivery at 11 in the morning, extremely happy and will definately be using them again

Nice and efficent staff to deal with, I think you call a offshroe call center when you speak with the customer service or technical support line who can, for a change, speak good English, and walk you through.

Overall a quick and hassel free shopping experience, would definately use the website again

Placed an order with these guyz, it was my first time but the Sales people were quite nice, simple details taken and next working day delievery promisied which was made so thumbs up to Technoworld.

I will rate Technoworld as one of the best stores I have visited ever since I started buying on Internet. Very courteous staff who would not mind answering questions, are flexible over prices though not always as I have not been able to get a discount on the last purchase I made ;-) Deliveries have always been on time except for probably, but with the sort of support and sales staff that they have I dont think you really have to worry about that at all

I did order on line laptop for next work day delivery and did not got any information for my order status so i did call. Next was that i heard stupid excuse that my details are not full and have to pay via BACS. So what is the point to enter my card details first and after to use internet to transfer money if i do not have computer to do so, so.....do not waste time...
