Saverstore review

Are they still in business? After taking my credit card payment, the cancelled the order stating "security checks failed." Still haven't received a refund. Are they still in business?

Worst Online experience yet Having searched for the item dvd blanks. I chose saverstore via Twenga http://www.twenga.co.uk/offer/126147633.html. Who stated item in stock and free delivery, after an extraordinary length of time taken to follow the ordering process, it eventually charged me delivery of £3.51. I thought, play the ball, just a glitch, what with their statement of customer commitment, I could resolve this matter later, and sent a email to that effect.
Ordered 2pm Monday. Checked order status, Mon night, Tuesday and Wednesday... Order not yet shipped!
No reply to emails!
Phoned and was told item will be shipped today. NOT FREE DELIVERY!
Nothing to do with us! Blame Twenga!
Standard delivery is 2-3 days.. more a case of 2-3 days BEFORE we ship it out and lets just ignore any email queries.
Customer service commitment, well it uses a bit of text to fill up the page, better look it up in a dictionary sometime to find out what it means.
Charged my credit card fast enough! in minutes. But DO you,dear reader, think I will receive the item tomorrow?.....More a case of aerial bacon...methinks.
