drat!
How I wish I'd gone far enough down to find these reviews, but I think they caught us all at Christmas or thereabouts. I've o nly just spotted the redsave pass on my on line bank account, I had no idea I signed up for this. I've paid an extra £80.00 for diddly squat!

Redsave Poor Product and Customer Service
Just before Christmas I ordered a digital photo from Redsave. I wish I had never come across Redsave. If only I had read all the reviews about them I would have been warned not to buy from Redsave. The photo frame was a Christmas present and we found when we set it up after Christmas that it didn't work. I emailed Redsave as they had removed the telephone number from the Redsave website but I had no reply. Then about the same time I saw Redsave had taken £19.95 from my credit card. As I hadn't had a response from Redsave over the faulty Redsave photo frame I contacted my credit card company to see if they could reverse the Redsave charge. My credit card company knew all about Redsave and told me when I made the purchase from Redsave I also signed up for Redsave's membership, they explained Redsave will continue to take £19.95 every month until I cancel the Redsave membership. The Redsave membership charge is explained way down in the Redsave terms and conditions but it is not made obvious on the Redsave website or anywhere during the payment process. When I did notice the £19.95 I tried to cancel online but that didn't seem to work and there's no telephone number either. The best way is to send the Redsave cancellation form by registered post. As for the useless Redsave digital photo frame, I haven't bothered to return it as I'm afraid there will be some other clause in the Redsave terms and conditions that will get them out of any responsibilty for it and I really don't want any more to do with Redsave. I've always been happy to purchase online before but this Redsave experience has made me very wary. If you are reading this and considering to make a purchase from Redsave be very careful. Why take the risk to buy from Redsave when there are lots of other suppliers with good feedback?

Beware of Redsave
I agree with the previous review - I too have been caught out by this scam but unfortunately my credit card company were unable to recover the two months worth of money they have basically stolen from me. I have also writtent to watchdog about this company. Its a disgrace. The OFT should step in here.

BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM REDSAVE
BEWARE when ordering from RedSave. I ordered a digital photo frame from them last November and asked for it to be delivered direct to my son (a birthday present). I received no confirmation email, no invoice or order number. However, the frame duly arrived and I thought no more about it until my credit card was debited with £19.95 exactly one month after my original order. I emailed RedSave to ask why and (surprise!) received no reply. I tried telephoning them but just got an automated message. Then, in January (another month later!) another amount of £19.95 was debited from my card. I now understand that this is what they call the "RedSave Pass" which I knew nothing about and which I definitely did not subscribe to! Having read the reviews on unbeatable.co.uk I understand that when you order from them, you are automatically signed up for this pass, although as I received no paperwork I was unaware of this and it certainly was not made clear when I placed my order. The "Retail Disputes" department of my credit card is now dealing with this and thank goodness I seem to be protected!! I SUGGEST ANYONE READING THIS GOES TO UNBEATABLE.CO.UK AND READS ALL THE REVIEWS THERE!!

Worst Experience of my buying life.
Having ordered a digital photo frame on the 27th of November, £43.95 was debited from my account (although didn’t sign up to the membership so am shouldn’t be charged the £19.95), I was told when I called up the following week that the producer had not sent the photo frames in - not my problem, they should deal with it themselves.
I then sent 3 emails to find out why it still had not arrived last week, had no reply.
After calling continuously for 3 hours on the numbers found on reviews (01202674050/01202644202) I finally got through.
I was told that the producer had got the stock in & everything would be dispatched by 1st class royal mail today, but I had been sent an email 2 days before saying that my item had been dispatched & had even got a tracking number. As I’m leaving the country in 4 days I told them that I expected the digital photo frame to be here in 3 days or a full refund as well as the item.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
