    Canon camera Do not use Pixmania !.

    I ordered a camera before Christmas which was never delivered but I was charged for it. Still waiting for money back which they refuse to give until the camera is back with them.Very poor supplier, constantly delaying refund

    Cancelled order - No refund I would like to start by saying DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!
    I placed an order for a TV and DVD player to the value of £350 the "validation" department tried to contact me to confrim my address but could not get me. So i phoned them and confirmed my address etc but was told they had to phone me so they would phone me back!!!! They never did so my order was cancelled by them!! I then noticed that my bank account had been debited the £350. I contacted them and they said there was a mistake and i would receivr my money asap. It is now 49 days since my order was cancelled and still no refund!!!!!!! I have now contacted trading standards who have been very helpful so hopefully this will help!!!!!

    No delivery and no refund!!! On December 20th I have placed an order for a Camcorder and a SD card. I received an email that the items hve been dispached the day after, but for some reason FedEx returned the item to sender. After Pixmania received the item it cancelled the order without consulting me and informed me that i would get refunded the money. Till today (21 days later) I have not received a full refund. I received only the equivalent of the delivery charge and the value of the SD card, leaving an outstanding balance the value of the camera. I tried to contact them by email and phone but it seems that customer service advisors can not provide great help as they just read what you see in the website and they can not direct you to anyone else that can resolve the issue. Now I am loking how I can claim the money back following a legal way. I strongly recommend you not use pixmania as their customer service/communication is really bad and if you have issues you will never be able to find someone to help you.

    Merchant problem I ordered goods as retail merchant - payment was made by direct bank transfer in advance - however 2 items were not supplied and I have great difficulty in getting a refund on items not supplied in spite of promises and e.mail saying that bank transfer/refund would be made - not very satisfactory!!

    Pixmania cancelled my order without my concent On May17 I ordered a LCD TV online, paid in full with my credit card, and received the emailed order confirmation with order number CCL100644446. It was an in-stock item. On May 18, Pixmania emailed to notify me that I've been refunded (value less than the order value???) and cancelled my order without reason.
    I emailed Pixmania but unable to obtain answers. I emailed twice more but both times Customer Service confirmed that my query had been forwarded to their Sales Team and that they would contact me, no response at all.
    I'm now seeking legal advise and I'll see what happens.
    Very, very bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased lots of items from other internet sellers before, Pixmania is by far the worst!!!

    Excellent - Pixmania Delivery was fast. No problems :) I was worried about using them after seeing some negative reviews, but all worked out. would definitely use them again.

    Worst company going THIS COMPANY IS IN FRANCE.
    Don'T be fooled by their .co.uk website. Look closely you will see that they have similar sites all over Europe.
    If you return items under the Distance selling act remember you will have to pay for this return and not be refunded (cheapest carrier I could find for returning a home cinema system was £30).
    What ever the VAT is in FRANCE you will pay, not UK VAT.
    Warranty is usually under PIXMANIA not the manufacturer, in my case a fault wouldn't be touched by LG they said must go back to PIXMANIA.
    If you think that purchasing from PIXMANIA is cheaper, maybe in the short term it is, but if anything goes wrong, be prepared to fork out a lot.
    Customer services is the worst I have come across, their operators are poor mannered, and when they cant handle something their English deteriorates it, if you are fluent in French then you will maybe get some where,access to a supervisor.... forget it, they conveniently disappear.
    Worst company there is, go somewhere else, pay a little more get better service and get service in the UK!
