Stock they say they have they haven't.

Next day delivery is a joke only one out of three items delivered next day. One item delivered wrong address. In exasperation I cancelled the 3rd which said was in stock but wasn't and had 14 day back order.

Customer Service - They dont know what it means. Still awaiting replies to emails and refund. I fear I will have to send County Court Summons before anything happens.
