I sent in a question about a sat nav and received both an email and phone response very quickly. Because I'd received such good customer service I placed an order later that evening. The sat nav arrived next working day and was exactly as described. I've seen a couple of poor reviews for this company, but my experience of them has been very good.

The order process automatically charges the £10 set for weights over 5kg. - Even if you order a single CD. When I protested, I was told they do this because the computer cannot know the weight of product, so you are charged max and are expected to claim a refund! The refund process is designed to be as user unfriendly as possible.
