Mothercare review

Good website, easy ordering, but ... Mothercare was my first choice when buying for my new baby, as I live out of town, I decided to order my new furniture and linen online. The website was so easy to navigate and search through, and ordering took barely 5 minutes, but then it turned out that when my products arrived, the bed was the wrong colour and was split at one end. I called customer services and, after waiting on the line for 20 minutes, they said it would take 4-6 weeks to get a new one delivered, they weren't particularly helpful. It would have been easier to go into the store and get one, there would have probably been more choice there anyway. But my linen was exactly as I'd ordered, so maybe I just got a bad batch!
