Having never purchased anything of any real value online I was particulary cautous and for days trawled through various sites reading customer reviews and actually emailing some retailers asking about stock levels etc and believe me you will be surprised how many dont even get back to you. I wanted next day delivery but the few sites that offered it were either out of stock or had bad or mixed reviews so i decided to go with electrical123 who on site let you choose your preffered day of delivery and had good customer reviews. Basically I ordered my 40" Sony bravia tv at 5pm on Tuesday, recieved not one, but two emails on the wednesday confirming delivery the following morning. Thursday morning I recieved a call from the driver at 8.30 saying arrival in half an hour, and guess what, he was true ro his word. I can only tell you my experiences with Electrical123 and they were all good ones and im sure that like me, finding out that they are part of the Coop group can only give you that little extra peace of mind.

I came across Electrical123.com purley by chance whilst looking for a washing machine on the internet, and how glad I am that I found it. It had the cheapest price for the make I wanted, Whirlpool, no delivery charge, rapid delivery( 2 days ) and you even get an email and or text the day before to let you know a 3 hour time slot of when it will be delivered, You can't say fairer than that!!!!!!!!

Ordered Toshiba TV. Price was competative. Item in stock and on 2 to 3 day delivery. You can specify day and AM delivery for a small charge. They did a security phone check, which is a good idea. Delivery (National) was on time, but wrong item! They recovered the situation by setting up an exchange delivery next morning (Sat) which came at 8am.
