!!DIGITAL-FUSION, WARNING!! I placed an order for a d-link dir-300 router on Thursday 17-07-08, received a confirmation email advising of a 3-4 day delivery. With no sign of the item on Tuesday 22nd I telephoned digital fusion to be met by the poorest excuse for a front-line call representative, ever! He advised me that the item had gone out of stock & only just come back in. On asking as to why I had not been advised of this he said he could not get through (2 contact number with voicemail & email)!! With assurances it would be delivered by Thursday I gave him the benefit of the doubt, more fool me. I Called two days later as still no router, excuse this time, we lost your order!!
