I HAVE BEEN WAITING AND WAITING FOR MY GOODS, ALTHOUGH THEY TOOK MY MONEY WEEKS AGO. HAVE HAD ONE EMAIL RESPONSE WHICH SAID THEY WOULD CHECK WITH ROYAL MAIL RE THE DELIVERY!!! NOW TRYING TO WORK OUT HOW TO GET MY FUNDS BACK.

AVOID AT ALL COST, WISH I HAD CHECKED REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING BUT WILL NOT DO THAT AGAIN!!!!

It's been almost a moths since I bought a product from datakits.co.uk. I received nothig. There is no customer service. You can send thousands of e-mails - no response. You can leave a message - no response. Live chate - does no work. The only fact the company exists is that the money was take from may bank account. Fraudsters and thives. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE!!!!

If I could, I would give them zero star! It is worse than poor! Lets imagine you are burning your money without any reason... your british notes are disappearing gradually in just a few seconds...

Ordered product - took two weeks to receive, It was fauulty. No one responds to emails or phone line. The live chat service is never working.
I had to pay delivery costs to recieve the faulty product and to send it back. I sent item back 4 weeks ago and am still chasing up a refund.
Don't buy from this shop - most unhelpful service I have ever come across.

I bought good from Datakits, Two week later, still not received the right goods, often no reply to emails, rip-oss phone number if you try to call. Terrible service, save your money, shop elsewhere!!!
