I have had nothing but good service from Comet over the last few weeks. I rang to make an enquiry initially - the call centre people were helpful and friendly and I made a purchase, agreed a next-day delivery and felt confident that everything had been dealt with efficiently. The washing machine arrived on time with a courtesy call 20 mins before. The delivery chaps were great - polite and helpful. When the machine didn't come up to expectations all it took was another phone call to arrange the return and select another machine. Delivery was bang on time, again a courtesy call to let us know they were on their way.
I was impressed with the professional manner of all the people I deal with.

Bought an immaculate condition shop soiled fridge. Waited two weeks for it to be delivered from the store and they delivered it with a dent in the door. I rejected it. Ordered another immaculate shop soiled fridge. Waited two weeks more for it to be delivered and guess what, they delivered it with an even bigger dent in the door. They are clearing incapable of deliver goods direct from the shop without damaging them. I went to John Lewis instead!
Only recommend them because they are convenient for looking at items before you buy.

Ordering online was fairly easy, my product arrived when Comet said it would, but it wasn't exactly what I wanted. A part was missing, and when I called Comet to try and get an exchange or receive the missing part, I was met with rude and unhelpful staff. Once Comet has your money, they don't care what happens to you.
