Poor service and poor goods Received what appeared to be damaged and old perfume. It was so bad that it smelt nothing like the one I got from Boots on 2 previous occasions. Wish I had just gone to a high street store. At least it would have been fresh and genuine. They refuse to accept that it arrived battered and smelt like the original, I am still awaiting a response.
