Poor Quality Spent nearly £800 on a cheaply made, poor quality, uncomfortable sofa bed which in my opinion is not fit for purpose. When I complained, I was told basically that it was tough . Totally uninterested in resolving the complaint even though I offered to return the goods at my own expense for a 50% refund. Apalling customer service. Please avoid.

Good site and god delivery Overall I am very impressed with this site, it was easy to use and to place an order, delivery was on time and staff were very helpful and knowledgable. Only when I tried to make a return did I feel they were less than helpful, but having changed my mind halfway through I can't really comment on how easy returns were. Am now very happy with my purchases and would recommend them to anyone!
