basket-ware.co.uk very unhappy customer This has to be one of the worst company's i have used online. I ordered a basket on the 24/01/09 and after many complaints an alternative product was delivered over a month later, but without notifying me of the change. I then contacted esuasion their web provider to collect said item. It was collected on the 03/03/09 and after many more emails and phone calls i am still waiting for a refund as of today the 06/04/09.
