Ordered computer which was cheapest price available from any retailer on the internet. It was despatched Monday and received Tues at 11.00 a.m. Thought there may have have been something wrong with it because of the low price but packaging and product were in perfect condition.I was very pleased.

Still waiting 3 weeks after order. Customer service is abysmal. No phone number, only Email and they do not respond either quickly or effectively. Very poor service.

Ordered this on the 8/12/2007 on Amazon. 5 minutes later I realised that the product was £20 cheaper on BT shop. Cancelled the Amazon order and set up order with BT Shop. Never noticed that there was non in stock however the Item would be in stock within 1-2 days no panic. Checking on order every day and the stock would vary from due in 1-2 days to 3-4 days to 5-7 days. Still not recieved order. Why state that you have an item and then when ordered it is not there and you cannot get delivery.

got email stating next day delivery three days later no item
email response takes upto day and a half no phone number to ask where my goods are.
tracking Number they gave me for the delivery company is no help at all remained unchanged for days
nobody at BT can tell me where the item is
avoid these people

Whats the point o offering it at a low price if they don't have it to sell? WARNING - THIS SELLER DOES NOT HOLD STOCK OF THE ITEMS IT SAYS IT DOES. I ORDERED A GIFT FOR 3 DAYS DELIVERY. THIS IS DAY 5 AND NOW I CHECK TO FIND OUT THERE IS NO STOCK AND MY SON WILL GO WITHOUT THIS GIFT. THANKS AGAIN, BT. JUST THE CRAPOLA I ALWAYS KNEW YOU WERE.
