Amazon promises a Guaranteed delivery but with me they failed to keep their promise. How do they keep getting away with this? Surely I'm not the only person this has happened to.

This is my fourth purchase from Amazon now from the other side of the world to be delivered as gifts in the UK. Each has been delivered within four days. Prompt emails from Amazon confirming purchases and notification of delivery times. Just brilliant!
