I ordered a microwave online, but it stopped working properly after a few days use. I telephoned help desk and they advised me to return it to my nearest store. I was a bit peeved with this as my nearest store is 30 miles away, anyway i went on Bank Holiday Monday and they asked me to choose another microwave or have a refund. I purchased another microwave at a cheaper priceand was refunded the difference less the original delivery charge and took a new microwave home with me. A very helpful girl called Laura in Shrewsbury.
