The new scene recognition Smart Recognition captures completely without efforts of the photographer many typical theme scenes such as portraits, night photographs, back light, landscape or macro and thereupon shades all exposure parameters accurately. Thus it is guaranteed, that for example faces without reddish or under exposure and landscapes land in deep colours and with crisp contrasts on the memory card. The PL50 has an auto sensitive function, which automatically adjusts sensitivity to the conditions of exposure - up to an ISO sensitivity of ISO 1600.
