The PIXMA MP270 offers ISO ESAT speeds of 8.4ipm for mono documents and 4.8ipm for colour. Canon's patented FINE technology with 2pl size ink droplets delivers great print quality, with 4800x1200dpi resolution. Photos appear amazingly detailed and free from grain. While Canon’s FINE cartridges use dye-based inks for perfect photo printing, an additional pigment black ink ensures that text is crisp and sharp. The PIXMA MP270 combines quality with speed. A 10x15cm borderless photo can be printed in approximately 45 seconds with default settings. Scan in detail using the 1200dpi scanner. Auto Scan Mode automatically senses what is being scanned – a photo or a document – before saving it using the most appropriate settings.
