A card to say 'I love you' on Valentine's day

People have sent cards to their Valentines on February 14th since the 19th century. It’s the perfect time to reveal a secret crush, but also to show friends and family that you love them. You can buy ready-made cards, or make your own with scrapbooking ribbons, you could even stick in some heart shaped confetti! If you’re giving gifts, wrap them in red paper or place them in a gift bag with sweets!

A gift for your significant other

For couples, it’s traditional to give your other half a small gift as well as a card. Chocolates, jewellery, lingerie and flowers are all classic Valentines gifts. For her, choose a charm bracelet, or some earrings. For him, opt for an automatic watch, underwear with hearts on or a digital camera to capture the special moments. A little present from you will make their day!
