Champagne is known internationally as the drink of celebrations; it is served at weddings, birthdays, and many other festive occasions. This type of sparkling wine has several varieties, depending on the amount of sugar added: brut, dry, extra dry, sec, doux… With the choices of classic, white and rosé there is something to please every taste.

All champagnes are approved by the AOC, a French certification meaning “controlled term of origin.” For gifts, choose from the well-known brands such as Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot, Laurent-Perrier... At home, enjoy bubbly from other champagne houses: Taittinger, Vranken, Roederer…

Champagne from specific vintage years are expensive and rare, but a range of bottle sizes means you can still find something special. A half bottle when you’re on the go, a magnum for the weekend party, or a Mathusalem for the next family reunion… it’s your choice!

Enjoy champagne as it deserves to be, with champagne flutes and glasses to appreciate savour the taste, a champagne bucket or bottle cooler for the perfect temperature, and a champage stopper to make the enjoyment last… but remember, always in moderation!
